GFS does not authorise any employee, representative or third party to collect funds from clients in personal accounts or provide any assurance of profits/returns.

Clients should transfer funds only through the permitted banking channels and designated accounts of the Company. Cash transactions should be avoided.

Investors should not act solely on the basis of rumours, unsolicited calls, SMS, emails, social-media messages, WhatsApp messages or unverified trading tips.

Any suspicious communication, unauthorised transaction or person falsely representing GFS should be immediately reported to GFS through the official communication channels.

Investors may verify the registration status of intermediaries and access investor-awareness information through the official SEBI website.

Investor Do's & Don'ts

Do's

  • Verify your broker's SEBI registration before investing.
  • Confirm exchange membership (NSE / BSE / MCX) of the firm you deal with.
  • Review contract notes and trade confirmations for every transaction.
  • Keep your funds and securities in your own account — insist on proper segregation.
  • Use only official channels for orders, payments and communication.
  • Lodge complaints through SEBI's SCORES platform if unresolved by the broker.

Don'ts

  • Don't believe in promises of guaranteed or assured returns — they are not permitted.
  • Never hand over cash directly to anyone for investment.
  • Never share your login credentials, OTPs or passwords with anyone.
  • Don't trade in derivatives without understanding the risks involved.
  • Don't ignore red flags — report suspicious activity immediately.
